Today, we are recruiting for a Commercial Team Assistant to join our team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.


What are my responsibilities?


  • Assist in posting/handling supplier invoices.
  • Responsible for cashbox custody/administration.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings, documentation, and letters, e.g., proofreading, printing, and file compiling, summarizing contracts/documents for management.
  • Organize logistical arrangements for meetings, e.g., invitations, room and hotel booking, minutes of meetings, workshops, etc.
  • Prepare and submit expenses for the team on Siemens expense tool, coordinate travel arrangements, and process travel expenses for management.
  • Onboarding Ambassador for new employees reporting to CPD.
  • Collaborate in several projects in parallel and take full responsibility for delegated tasks.
  • Complete miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned and communicate status in the format agreed upon by the manager.
  • Leverage the expertise of standard office practice and procedures to process various types of paperwork associated with office support.
  • Manage office maintenance, logistics, and office supplies.

What do I need to qualify for this job?


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or accounting or any equivalent field of finance.
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in finance/accounting.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent work ethic, combined with a professional attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively collaborate with a manager in a different location.
  • Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and time management.
  • Fluency in English language both written and spoken.
