Job Description

This role is a critical leadership role responsible for spearheading the development and execution of the business unit strategy & strategic commercial initiatives that drive profitability and achieve organizational goals for Nawy. This senior position demands extensive experience in strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.


The role requires a visionary leader who can align operational processes, enhance commercial tools and


procedures, and drive significant business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Development of Commercial Plans:


○ Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive commercial plans that align with company profit and loss (P&L) objectives.


○ Develop long-term strategic goals and actionable plans to achieve these objectives.


○ Drive the development and execution of strategic initiatives to support business growth.


○ Ensure plans are innovative, strategically sound, and effectively implemented.


2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:


○ Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure the seamless execution of strategic initiatives.


○ Facilitate teamwork and effective communication across the organization.


○ Serve as a liaison between departments to harmonize objectives and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.


3. Performance Tracking and Analysis:


○ Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics against predefined targets.


○ Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.


○ Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize business strategies.


○ Foster a data-driven culture within the team and organization.


4. Operational Process Enhancement:


○ Work closely with the operations to improve work processes and enhance funnel efficiency.


○ Implement best practices to optimize KPI performance and conversion rates.


○ Develop and refine strategies to align with evolving market conditions.


5. Product Process Enhancement:


○ Collaborate with the product team to improve product efficiency and effectiveness.


○ Ensure product enhancements align with commercial objectives and customer needs.


○ Drive innovation in product offerings to maintain a competitive edge.


6. Demand Generation Strategy:


○ Develop and implement a robust lead acquisition strategy.


○ Collaborate with performance marketing, sales, and other relevant departments.


○ Optimize lead generation channels and processes to maximize quality lead flow.


7. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:


○ Continuously assess market needs, trends, and competition.


○ Identify and align new business opportunities with organizational goals.


○ Develop strategies to maintain a competitive advantage in the market.


8. Team Leadership and Development:


○ Build and lead a high-performing commercial strategy team.


○ Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.


○ Foster a collaborative, results-driven, and innovative team culture.


9. Financial Management:


○ Develop and manage the budget for the commercial strategy department.


○ Ensure financial targets are met and aligned with overall company goals.


○ Implement financial controls and risk management strategies to protect and grow profitability.
