Job Description
Kinetic has partnered with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Commercial Project Manager to be based in Egypt or Morocco.
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Oversee commercial projects across te assigned region ensuring alignment with company’s objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies and execute projects effectively.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
- Stakeholder communication management.
- Monitor and provide accurate and timely updates on project progress, activities, and performance, risks & issues.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of project management experience within the Medical Devices/Healthcare industry in the MEA region.
- Strong background in distributor management, digital transformation, and market expansion.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Excellent leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. French or Arabic is a plus.
