Danone MENA is looking for a talented Commercial Excellence Specialist to be based in Egypt, Cairo like you!
The candidate will also carry the following responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of commercial strategies by analyzing sales data, developing KPIs, and optimizing processes.
Work closely with the CRM team and cross-functional departments to drive performance improvements and provide insights that enhance decision-making.
Analyze sales data and KPI performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and track KPIs to measure team performance and ensure alignment with commercial goals.
Create dashboards and reports to provide visibility into key business metrics.
Support stakeholders (HCP, accounts, etc…) segmentation & targeting strategies and cycle plan schedules for scope of countries.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, medical and finance teams to optimize processes and tools.
Assist in preparing business reviews, performance reports, and presentations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance commercial strategies.

Experience with sales tools, CRM systems, and data analysis platform
