More about the role


This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Commercial Excellence Specialist in Cairo with Signify.


The role orchestrates activities to enable cross-functional teams to deliver commercial marketing excellence by; establishing effective Sales & Marketing processes; educating Sales & Marketing communities on best ways of working; and enabling  them with appropriate tools


OPERATIONAL


  • BPE responsibility
    • Maintain and optimize Sales & Marketing processes (M2O domain).
    • Define and manage the implementation of projects to increase the success level of commercial Sales & Marketing organization.
    • Create process training materials for users.
    • Track process compliance by users through KPIs and specific dashboards.
    • Develop standard reports and commercial analysis to support the sales performance management
    • Analysis and reporting on various sales metrics from tools like DMS, SFA, Mylighting, SFDC etc
    • Supports the sales incentive process for one or more commercial channels.
    • Develop and conduct sales analytics using customer, competitor, and market data to translate them into actionable Sales & Marketing strategies. Review and communicate findings and recommendations to senior management
  • Center of Excellence responsibility
    •  Build excellence in Sales and Marketing job families through role guidance (playbooks).
    •  Curate a learning curriculums for the job families.
    •  Build and maintain active job family communities to facilitate cross market dialogue and best practice   sharing.
  • Business Applications Ownership responsibility
    •  Own and drive improvements of selected business applications (tools) in line with overall business needs and ambitions.
    •  Maintain an active Change Control Board for owned applications.
    •  Identify and propose new applications for commercial organization.

FINANCIAL


  •  Support revenue growth & profitability optimization.
  •  Optimize A&P effectiveness though “Market Effectiveness Framework”
  •  Support the management of own budget
  • Ensures frequent and efficient reporting and communication

CUSTOMER


  •  Leverage customer and external expertise to foster an outside-in perspective and deliver a rich customer
  • experience.

PEOPLE


  •  Drive cross functional collaboration, strategic focus, and organization agility.
  •  Build organizational capabilities in Sales and Marketing roles, processes, and applications.
  •  Drive integrity & compliance with GB
  • Collaborates effectively and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders
