We're hiring an Internal Cold Caller to join our team and report to our Business Development Manager. This is a fully remote role focused exclusively on cold calling and appointment setting with potential clients.
This is a high-energy, phone-based role where confidence, resilience, and excellent communication skills are key. If you thrive on making calls, handling objections, and securing meetings, this role is for you.

Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Make outbound calls to engage decision-makers and set appointments.
Overcome objections effectively and confidently.
Ensure a high conversion rate from calls to held meetings.
Send reminders and follow-ups to ensure a high attendance rate for scheduled calls.
Log all calls, notes, and appointments accurately in the CRM.
Track outreach performance and adjust strategies as needed.
High Appointment Rate – Consistently book qualified meetings.
Effective Cold Calling – Maintain strong conversion rates from calls to booked appointments.
Show-Up Rate – Ensure a high percentage of booked meetings happen.
✔️ Experience: At least 1 year of experience in cold calling and appointment-setting.
✔️ Phone Confidence: Strong, engaging, and professional communication skills.
✔️ Objection Handling: Ability to stay composed and persuasive under pressure.
✔️ Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and call-tracking software.
✔️ Self-motivated: Proactive and disciplined in a fully remote setting.
