Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Director Food & Beverage to join our prestigious hospitality group in the beautiful resort destination of Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt. This key leadership role will oversee the food and beverage operations across multiple properties, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our discerning guests.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance food and beverage offerings across all properties in the cluster
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through innovative menu development, pricing strategies, and cost control measures
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality cuisine and exceptional service standards across all dining outlets
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of F&B professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with property General Managers to align F&B operations with overall hotel strategies
- Oversee budget planning, financial forecasting, and performance analysis for all F&B outlets
- Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Stay abreast of global culinary trends and incorporate relevant innovations into our F&B concepts
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to continuously improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record in multi-unit or cluster management within luxury hospitality or resort settings
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate large teams across multiple properties
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, international cuisine, and innovative dining concepts
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and point-of-sale systems
- Advanced food safety certification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, team members, and stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with Middle Eastern hospitality standards and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
- Willingness to relocate to Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt
Additional Information
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality, 10-15 years experience in 4-5 star Hotel.
