Role: Cluster Commercial Development Lead - Confec Location: Cluster Nile, Egypt POSITION VACANCY

POSITION SUMMARY



Key Responsibilities:
Understand and leverage shopper missions, Category Growth Drivers, Activation Platforms, Initiatives and Customer requirements to contribute to channel solution and picture of success development. Consolidate, communicate, proactively monitor, and review the performance of the category while guiding the sales community on category priorities and growth expectations to be embedded within the ICP / MPBC processes. Understand and Develop channel solutions and contribute to build commercially aligned business cases and key initiatives by leveraging category strategy. Responsible for ensuring strong commercial plans are developed and can be executed in line with category objectives and properly embedded in customer and field sales plans. Define the resources, in trade activations & budgets required (PFME / TTS) to deliver the category growth & market share gains while overcoming any risks &/or opportunities that appear and guide the business to address them. Analyze market share and distribution readings to drive sound commercial decisions to win in the marketplace.

Key Experience & Competencies required to apply:



5+ years rounded experience in managerial, commercial roles Deep channel, customer & shopper understanding (Traditional channel, Modern trade, Digital & Out of Home operations) Commercial experience (Revenue management, promo & pricing strategy, etc.) Strong analytical skills and ability to connect the dots (competition analysis, new trends, category & retail landscape) Stakeholder management, influencing, People & Leadership skills
