Cloud Platforms Engineer

Introduction
The infrastructure running industries likes transportation, energy, insurance, banking or healthcare is quickly changing as the world’s relationship with technology evolves. Companies have more choices than ever before between on-premise, off-premise, or a hybrid approach. Our Infrastructure Specialists are responsible for keeping up with these latest and greatest of these changes and using their expertise to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers and products.

Your Role and Responsibilities
– Managing cloud platforms
– Manage K8s / Kubernetes & OpenShift clusters (Admin & storage).
– Monitor the health of the Cloud Services and the clusters.
– Follow up on the platform alerts with the SOC team.
– Develop scripts and playbooks to automate daily tasks and fix problems.
– Provision and manage the platform using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc..)
– Build and manage pipelines

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Hand-on experience with k8s and OpenShift
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Gitlab…)
• Experience with Shell Scripting
• Experience with Terraform or Ansible

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Ability to create and manage ELK dashboards
• Network & security basics are a plus.
