Client Support Specialist - Non-Voice l 3 Months-Campaign

The Role
We’re looking for great client support specialists to join our growing care team for a 3 months campaign. You have to be very proactive in this role with the ability to solve problems on the spot and think outside the box.

What you will do

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Acknowledging and resolving clients' complaints
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
• Keeping records of clients interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

What you will do

• 3 months Contract (November, December, January)
• Location: Maadi, near metro station
• Career Path (a chance to convert to a full-time contract according to hiring needs and performance)

We are looking for

• Fresh grads are welcome to apply
• Familiarity with our industry is a plus
• Familiarity with using the help desk and support tools is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Patience when handling tough cases
• Multi-tasking abilities
