We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic  Client Solutions Manager  to join our X (Twitter) team in Egypt. As a Client Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for developing media strategies, optimizing account performance, and collaborating with advertisers to enhance brand visibility and drive successful advertising campaigns. Your role will require you to effectively communicate with clients, understand their goals, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize their advertising success.

What You’ll Do


  • Act as a consultant to clients on how to achieve success on the paid media platform, and ensure they meet their business goals and desired KPIs efficiently.
  • Become the leading point of contact for clients regarding campaign optimization, platform troubleshooting, budget pacing and performance monitoring.
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to contribute to strategies for clients to scale their business on the media platform. 
  • Build strong relationships with agencies and advertisers.
  • Liaise with internal teams to troubleshoot and inquire on behalf of clients' queries for their campaigns.
  • Operate as the technical expert on products and be able to relay updates and strategies to clients in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders.
  • Curate and conduct business reviews.
  • Strategic capacity to identify upselling opportunities to generate incremental revenue.
  • Responsible for setting up measurement experiments and other back end workflows prior to campaign launch

What You Need For This Role


  • Minimum 1-2 years media experience. Must have experience with paid media campaign management, data analysis, campaign optimization.
  • Strong time and project management skills, proactive attitude
  • Highly flexible and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail, experienced in creating and presenting presentations to stakeholders
  • Proficient in English and Arabic
  • Salesforce experience is preferred
