Job Description
A leading company in the consumer finance industry is looking for a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) specializing in Consumer Finance to lead their financial operations and strategy. As the CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial direction of the organization while ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all financial aspects of our consumer finance division, including financial planning, analysis, risk management, and compliance. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's objectives.
Responsibilities - Lead financial strategy development and execution for the consumer finance division
- Manage financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Oversee risk management activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to guide business decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, stakeholders, and financial institutions
- Monitor key financial metrics and implement measures to improve performance
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
Requirements - Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, specifically within consumer finance
- Strong knowledge of consumer financial products, regulations, and compliance
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and operational efficiencies
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in leading financial teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
