Job Description

  • Lead the accounting department to ensure efficient operations and compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements and reports for management.
  • Oversee the monthly closing process, including the review of journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Manage the preparation of tax returns, including VAT and WHT filings.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and ensure all documentation is provided.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Understanding of taxation laws and external audit processes.
