Detailed responsibilities
· Record daily transactions on the oodo system
· Uploading the monthly VAT tax return
· Reconciling sales & AR accounts daily
· Controlling warehouses and the costing process. Highlighting variances (hours & Materials)
· Preparing monthly financial statements and management reports
· Budget control and reporting monthly variances
