Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, supervising junior chefs, and ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen.
Job Responsibility:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Supervise and train junior chefs
- Assist in creating menus and developing new recipes
- Ensure the kitchen meets all health and safety regulations
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to create a harmonious kitchen environment
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or equivalent position
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Degree or certification in culinary arts is a plus
