As a member of the Contact Center department at NAOS Solutions, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service through chat, email, and voice channels. Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service via chat, email, and voice
  • +2 years experience in customer service 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends
