Develop, manage, & maintain relationship with all key decision makers in the pharmacy chains focusing on CHC portfolio. Negotiate and manage trade terms and activation elements, insure optimum cost per element for both Opella & chains pharmacies. Manage with supply chain and controlling manager and ensure smooth order delivery within agreed time planned. Manage sales orders & replenishment cycle. Ensure smooth operations with all functions including third parties’ distributors focusing on CHC portfolio Execute trade & shopper activities to drive brands growth within customers. Ensure smooth operations with all functions including third parties (merchandising & activation agency). Execute, manage and maintain visibility and branding elements (agreed rented spaces) with chains. ensure full execution on monthly bases. Plan and manage group meeting for chains pharmacists. ensure full awareness of promoted brands. Conduct brands and commercial detailing to chains pharmacist. Adhere to planned visit plans to ensure full awareness of Opella promoted portfolio. Insure reporting of monthly sales-out data per customer per pharmacy per SKU on agreed date to SFE team. Assist in develop customers JBPs (Joint Business Plan). Driving brands & categories to gain market value share within customers.
