Job Purpose

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage and develop people in line with CBE regulations and provide best practices related to the function.
  • Achieve the effective performance & skills and build second line backup.
  • Enhance the processes to develop the reporting modules to facility the workflow.
  • Reviewing & controlling all CBE Financial reporting (Daily- Weekly-Monthly– Quarterly – Semi Annually – Annually) “72 reports Such as: -
  • Reviewing financial statement as it is an important tool to provide CBE with all financial figures and the current bank financial position.
  • Reviewing balance sheet disclosures that covered all assets, liabilities and shareholder’s equity to give an idea of the bank financial position along with displaying what the bank owns and owes which reflect the result of the bank’s operations for the financial period.  
  • Implement and Monitor the monthly closing entries which effect in CBE Reports
  • Ensure the timely reporting of all CBE financial reporting.
  • Handling any ad-hoc CBE reporting in the time frame and coordinate with Depts.to finalize any requirements from CBE.
  • Reviewing & controlling monthly reports for loans & credit facilities as per collateral, which received from CLMC Dept. and compare with Bank declaration that received from Credit Follow up Dept. to be matching with each other before send any data to CBE.
  • Monitoring customer deposit accounts and send wrong & no market segment or no gender or no birthdate and no nationality clients to branch network to rectify it to send CBE reports in the correctly way.
  • Monitoring due from banks and due to banks reports with trail balance and send wrong classifications to the branch network & Back office Dept. to adjust from their side.
  • Reviewing LG’s and LC’s reports which received from Depts. to be match with the trail balance to send CBE reports in the correctly way.
  • Monitoring and Reviewing investments reports, which received from Back office and matched with trial balance before send CBE reports.
  • Gathering and documenting database for all CBE reporting.


Education
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience
