The team consist of a diverse group of professionals, including vendor managers, brand specialists, and merchandisers.
Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Consumer Electronics business/marketing.
- Experience designing and executing online customer experiences
- Strong communication skills; experience in coordinating teams and communicating to senior management
- Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize
- Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up feature and customer segment recommendations
- Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results in a fast paced environment
- Capability to meet our technical requirements, which include Excel, and the ability to learn XML basics and our in-house tools, quickly
- Influencing abilities and vendor management experience.
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development. Advanced experience with Excel, or other analytical/Business Intelligence tools.
- Highly polished communication skills - speaking, writing, presenting and negotiating.
- Ability to operate simultaneously and effectively in both tactical and strategic modes.
- Willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done. Experience launching a new country.
- Working in a start-up or early stage environment where you will be defining best practice for your function.
