Cashier-IFB
Location: Cairo, EG
Role Purpose: Operate a cash register, maintain clean and orderly checkout areas whilst serving customers with great Customer Service skills. Follow SOPs including counting and recording the float before trading begins and upon close of trading in order to reduce losses. Focus on guests, ensuring excellent service, empathy, and a reason to return. Gather guest feedback daily and act on their needs. Maintain a smooth shopping experience by minimizing queues and keeping areas clean. Handle cash transactions accurately and use selling techniques to boost sales. Stay updated on IFB activities, menu, and food safety regulations. Support team members and follow emergency protocols. Work with the Chef to enhance knowledge and maintain equipment. Adhere to SOPs, process payments correctly, and ensure accurate transaction records. Secure collected cash and maintain proper cash-handling procedures. 2 years of revious service environment experience, ideally sales or hospitality * good communication skills
