Regional Connectivity: Maintain regular contact with other care managers across the region, fostering a network of knowledge and support.
Team Stewardship: Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and, when necessary, the termination of caregivers within your scope, ensuring our team is built on excellence.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should bring the following qualifications:
Relevant Experience: Ideally, you'll have 2+ years of experience in home care, showcasing your dedication to exceptional client service.
Educational Foundation: A high school diploma is required , while a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Administrative Acumen: Demonstrate office and administrative support skills to manage the intricacies of your role.
Effective Communication: Your excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial in guiding your team and interacting with clients and families.
Mobility: A reliable vehicle is essential for travel within your designated area.
