Job Description

Role Purpose

To measure and maintain IT nodes capacity and analysis the effect of marketing forecast on the system’s capacity and E2E services performance




Role Profile
  • Define Capacity measurements for IT delivery Nodes / Services.
  • Suggest capacity solutions to achieve the forecasted service.
  • Development & execution of IT Capacity and performance plans in line with the company’s assumption. 
  • Produce weekly / Monthly Capacity Management Reports
  • Study the effect of promotions and new services on the IT nodes capacity.
  • Analyze the core metrics DB submission, 2+10, 5+7 and 9+3 to get the trends of the services and decides if any expansion is needed.
  • Responsible for redistributing traffic to ensure performance and quality of service


Core Competencies and Qualifications
  • B.Sc. in communication /computer engineering. 
  • 0-1 years of experience
  • Performance Management Skills
  • Broad knowledge of telecommunication technologies, Data Network, network and service management technologies, capacity planning techniques and GSM Problem Solving.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Negotiation and presentation skills 
  • Time Management
  • Ability to work under stress
