The Campaign Manager is responsible to strategize, develop and execute special campaigns in collaboration with our existing partners to run activations and offers in order to accelerate performance. InstaShop, headquartered in Dubai, is the leading online marketplace for supermarkets, pharmacies, pet shops & other businesses in the Middle East. Primary responsibilities
Collaborate with the partner shops to recognize existing discount campaigns and promotions
Receive robust information and insights from partner shops and cross functional teams to analyze and build new campaign strategy
Execute and track campaign performance and generate reports for each partner
Analyze reports to re-strategize short term, mid-term and long-term campaign goals
Use a data driven approach to derive insights on performance and increase ROI on campaigns
Create and maintain a schedule for upcoming campaigns
Liaise with several departments internally to ensure a smooth campaign execution
To use the InstaShop services as per the company policies in order order to provide feedback on how to improve the service
Requirements
Superb communication, presentation and analytical skills
Top class persuasive skills
Negotiation experience
Excellent written, and verbal communication skills in English
Able to quickly adopt and take advantage of seemingly unfavorable
Commercial awareness
* Business or engineering related bachelor/masters preferred
