Key Responsibilities: Campaign Setup and Launch:• Collaborate with sales to understand campaign requirements, client objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage campaign setup, trafficking, and tagging through ad servers.
• Ensure all creative assets meet specifications and are properly implemented before campaign
launch.
Campaign Management and Optimization:• Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure delivery and performance targets are met.
• Optimize campaigns by adjusting targeting, pacing, and creative assets to improve performance
and client satisfaction.
• Client Communication and Relationship Management:
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding campaign status, performance, and
optimization.
• Provide recommendations to clients on improving ad creative, targeting, and overall campaign
strategy based on data insights.
• Address client inquiries promptly and proactively to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Reporting and Analysis:• Generate and analyze campaign reports, tracking KPIs such as impressions, click-through rate (CTR),
conversion rate and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Deliver performance reports to clients regularly, providing actionable insights and
recommendations for future campaigns.
• Work closely with the partners to gain deeper insights into audience behavior and campaign
performance.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination:• Coordinate with the partners to resolve technical issues affecting campaign delivery.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure creatives are aligned with the publisher’s ad specs,
branding and content guidelines.
• Collaborate with sales teams to help them identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for existing
clients if needed.
Revenue and Inventory Management:• Work with finance to ensure accurate billing and reconciliation of campaigns.
• Responsible for the monthly closing cycle of the products managed via Salesforce.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends:• Keep abreast of digital advertising trends, technologies, and best practices in the publisher
ecosystem.
• Explore new ad formats and strategies to drive revenue growth and improve advertiser ROI.
Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- 3-5 years’ experience within an advertising agency (preferably digital) social platform, programmatic buying, media planning, or related fields
- Hands-on experience with demand-side platforms (DSPs) such as Google Display
