Camp Manager

Role Objectives: The primary objective of this role is to ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance across all Breadfast locations by enforcing safety rules, managing security operations, handling employee complaints, and supervising external security vendors. The role also involves issuing permits for contractors and ensuring the availability of emergency response resources, aiming to maintain a secure and compliant environment for all employees and stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities: 
• Ensure safety rules are applied according to standards.
• Report all safety and security-related issues immediately and follow up on the completion of action plans.
• Enforce general regulations for all Breadfast locations.
• Maintain maximum discipline across all site activities, including vehicle operations, pedestrian path restrictions, parking lots, etc.
• Lead security-related tasks, including managing entrance and exit procedures
• Manage complaints raised by employees and implement proper solutions.
• Supervise the external security force in terms of efficiency and report shift attendance.
• Issue permits for external contractors and service providers after ensuring the submission of the required documents.
• Ensuring the availability of Firefighters, Valley Security, HSE Officers, and medical resources to maintain safety and respond effectively to emergencies within the organization.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Engineering preferred). 
● Minimum of 10 years of experience in camp management or Site Supervision. 
● Proficiency in English. 
● Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Strong project management and leadership skills. 
● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
