One of our client in Call center industry is seeking to hireSenior Call Center Specialistfor premium accounts :
Job Description:
- Handling escalations for premium clients.
- Managing a small team of call center agents focusing on VIP cases.
- Ensuring top-level service for high- value clients.
- Coordinating with different departments for seamless customer service.
- Selling High Packages only for elite customers
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience as the same position.
- Must be Fluent English in both verbal and writing
Work Conditions :
- Work location : Maadi
- Working hours : Rotational Shifts (40 hours per week)
Night Shift (should be flexible for night shifts)
2 days off per week (rotational)
