Egybell is hiring a Call Center Representative for a Multinational company located in New Cairo
About the Role:
A Call Center Representative is responsible for answering customers’ calls, listening to their concerns, and resolving issues. Handle inbound and outgoing phone calls with clients to ensure that everyone receives the assistance they require as soon as possible. Dispatch client requests and complaints to the appropriate department, and follow up with the client to ensure that the request was met.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Register customer requests on system, record customers data and coordinate with other division on that regard. Escalates complaints to concerned parties in Contact Center or any other division and follows up on action taken. Follow up tickets until the closure of requests & complaints. Conduct satisfaction surveys and outbound calls campaigns. Prepare report of call Center activities. Manage clients Emails.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree. V. good English (Read &write) Flexibility with overnight shifts. Good user of CRM System, Excel, and MS Office Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
