Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by going the extra mile.
  • Record all interactions and customer details accurately in the call center database.
  • Continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training.
  • Achieve personal and team targets for call quality and productivity.
