Responsibilities

- Assist customers with placing orders, making payments, and navigating our online platform.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of our online coding programs.
- Collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM system.
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and new releases.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators, including productivity and customer satisfaction metrics.
