iSchool is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Advisor to join our team. Our mission is to provide top-quality online coding and technology education to students aged 6 to 18, and as a Call Center Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive educational experience for our customers.



Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and excellent customer service skills.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, making payments, and navigating our online platform.
  • Educate customers on the benefits and features of our online coding programs.
  • Collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM system.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and new releases.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators, including productivity and customer satisfaction metrics.
