Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Qualify leads and generate meetings for the sales team.
• Assist in the creation and delivery of compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align efforts and achieve targets.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings.
• Manage CRM records and track performance metrics to ensure consistent follow-up and goal achievement.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Proven track record of generating leads and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads and sales activities.
