What are my responsibilities?
- In the role of Country BU Finance Head together with the SI EA Country Head, you are fully responsible for the P&L for business of SI EA in the country.
- In the role of BU Finance Head together with the Technical Country Head, you are fully responsible for the P&L for business of SI EA in country.
- You will lead all aspects of business planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting and controllership for the Egypt business.
- Spearhead process improvement initiatives to ensure smooth operations and to consistently deliver an optimized, compliant performance.
- You will be managing the Financial KPIS with direct supervision of financial, controlling and commercial activities along with the Country CFO and Lead Country management.
- Your role will include full responsibility complete operational responsibility for SI EA.
- You will have a functional reporting to the Lead Country Commercial Head for SI EA business and your in-country reporting to the Siemens Country CFO.
How to be qualified for this role?
- You are a Chartered Accountant or CPA or CMA or ACCA or MBA (specialized in Finance and Accounting )from a premier institute.
- You have at least 10 years’ experience in finance/accounting
- leadership experience of Min 5 years.
- Solid SAP experience is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills as well as English fluency.
- Presentation, analytical thinking, communication & accountability skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in difficult and often time-constrained situations will nicely round off your profile.
- Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment independently and within the team with high level of accuracy.
- You have high level business experience and acumen.
- You are an experienced and mature professional.
