TechLabs London is an exponentially growing Technology firm with head office in the UK, Offices in UAE (Dubai and Abu Dhabi) and a Development Centre in Cairo, Egypt. As a Microsoft global premium partner, we deliver world-class Microsoft Dynamics365, Power Platform and Azure cloud solutions to the Public Sector, Property and housing industry and to the Financial Services industry amongst other markets.


We have award winning products, solutions and team members who are working on some of the most innovative projects and solutions globally. We work very closely with Microsoft Product Engineering teams across a wide variety of technologies to make sure we bring the latest innovations to our customers.
 TechLabs London is going through a significant growth, and we are looking to expand our team by bringing in a dynamic and proactive Business Support Executive, working in our Development Centre of Excellence in Cairo, Egypt.
Job Purpose:  We are seeking a Business Support Executive to join our team and provide various business support activities to various teams including the organisation leadership team.


The successful candidate for this role will be a versatile person with the ability to learn new skills quickly with excellent organisation and time management skills. The successful candidate must be willing to work on a wide spectrum of activities of varying natures as described in this job description and must have commitment and work focus as key skill required for the role.


Responsibilities:


  • Sales Support: Support the UK and Gulf/UAE Sales Teams in various activities including Account Management, Pre-Sales support, Customer communication and customers relationship management.


  • Partner Relationship Management: Support our relationship with our business Partners including Microsoft and others. Activities include regular communication with our partners, managing our Microsoft Partner Portal and following up on actions and deliverables as part of these important relationship agreements.


  • Business Support: Support our Dubai and Cairo offices with various activities, communication with banks, government bodies, suppliers, landlords and other stakeholders for a variety of office needs.


  • Support our leadership team with various activities including but not limited to appointment bookings, travel arrangements, effective communication on behalf of leadership team and other secretarial tasks.


  • Support other business and marketing activities including property advertisements, property listings, property bookings and social media posts and content creation for social media posts.


  • Other business administration and office management activities.


Required Skills and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.


  • 2+ years of experience business support, office administration or similar.


  • Excellent English spoken and written communication skills is a must.


  • Must be capable to learn new skills within a short period to perform your duties efficiently and effectively.


  • Excellent time management and organisational skills is a must have for this role.


  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


  • Good understanding of Business environment and familiarity with Technology startups and fast-Growing multinational Technology firms structures and approaches.


  • Good computer literacy and advanced user skills in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.


Nice to Have:


  • Any background in Technology or Technology administration.


  • Working in an organisation where everything is Technology based, there will be no papers or filing so experience in e-filing and e-storage of important documentation is highly desirable.


  • Any experience with property listings and short-term property rentals.


Soft Skills:


  • Attention to detail and work focus is an essential part of this role.


  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn fast to perform a wide variety of activities.


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


  • Ability to effectively organise and prioritise work.


  • Adaptability to rapidly changing work priorities, requirements and timelines.


Role Expectations:


  • Hard work, dedication, and commitment is an essential part of this role.


  • Role is office based in Heliopolis or New Cairo 4 days a week and 1 day working from home.


  • Candidate must look at this role as a long-term career move.


  • Our Egypt team members will have the opportunity to travel to the UK, UAE, and other parts of the Middle East on short-term trips with some long-term travel also available.


  • When working from home, you will use your own Internet connection which must be a reliable and fast Internet connection. You will also need to have an appropriate working environment and free space when working from home without too much noise or distractions.
