Business Process Analyst

700Apps is seeking a skilled and experienced Business Process Analyst with expertise in ARIS to join our team. As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes using ARIS software. You will collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to gather requirements, document processes, and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop AS-IS analysis document , TO-BE document and GAP analysis
  • Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Design, document, and implement business process reengineering projects to streamline workflows and enhance business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to align processes with strategic business objectives.
  • Utilize Enterprise Architecture frameworks and tools to integrate business processes with the organization’s overall architecture.
  • Create detailed process maps, workflows, and models using industry-standard EA tools (ARIS, Sparx EA, or Visio).
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of newly implemented processes.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives by integrating business processes with technology solutions.
