SAP Enterprise Cloud Services accelerates and simplifies customers’ business transformation by running their SAP ERP Value stack with a world class level of availability, security & resilience on their preferred cloud infrastructure including Hyperscalers, their own data center, and the SAP data center allowing them to turn into cost-effective sustainable intelligent enterprises.
Role:
The charter of the Business Manager is to establish and execute an effective business plan that supports your customers to achieve their expectations and helps the SAP ECS business exceed key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, renewals and organic growth.
Strong strategic thinking and flexible approach to supporting business & teams is crucial, along with active collaboration and relationship management with stakeholders in the various market units. The Middle East and Africa cluster includes all ECS customers and businesses in Africa and the Middle East region. As a leader, you will also support improvement and transformation initiatives internally in EMEA, in collaboration with SAP stakeholders in the clusters.
As a people manager, you are responsible for supporting the success of not only your direct reports, but also collaborating to support the success of all team members within the Regional & Global SAP teams. You will support growth of your team by identifying development opportunities and supporting them to achieve their goals. Support team members and mentees in development planning and fulfilment. Encourage people to continuously question the status quo and activate their creative and innovative skills.
Actively establish relationships characterized by mutual respect and trust; stimulate individuals to broaden and make use of their network, respect different opinions, diverse cultures and values, work to overcome organizational boundaries and silo thinking.
