Job Description
Highly skilled Executive Reporting & Visualization Specialist to support the COO by developing high-impact internal reports, dashboards, and presentations using PowerPoint, Power BI, and Excel. This role is critical in transforming complex business data into clear, actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of presenting data in a visually compelling way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations summarizing key business insights, operational updates, and strategic recommendations.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track business performance, project status, financials, and competitive metrics.
- Build advanced Excel reports and models to analyze trends, costs, profitability, and efficiency.
- Extract and consolidate data from various business units to present a unified, insightful view.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all reports and presentations.
