Main Responsibilities:

SQL Database Management:
Build and maintain SQL databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.Convert MongoDB databases to SQL format, ensuring seamless data migration.Oversee the maintenance of databases and coordinate with data engineers to address any performance issues.optimizing data performance.Handling all data extraction requests by creating queries on our SQL database.Data Extraction and Visualization:
Develop and implement efficient data extraction processes from various sources.Create visually appealing and insightful data visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.Apply data visualization best practices to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization. Additional Duties: 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.Working closely with the planning/performance team.Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in the field of data analytics.Foster a data-driven culture within the organization, promoting the use of data for decision-making at all levels.

Who you are!

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
• It's preferred to have tech startup experience. 
• 3 Years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in SQL database management, including building, maintaining, and optimizing databases.
• Proficiency in data extraction from various sources and data visualization using tools such as Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Advanced knowledge of Python coding for data analytics and automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
