Job Description

Cardoo is now looking for a Business Development Specialist with the following responsibilities & requirements:

Job Responsibilities: 


  • New Client acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new corporate clients through various channels; including cold calling, networking, referrals and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers within corporate organizations, understanding their needs and provide tailored solutions. 
  • Lead contract negotiations with corporate clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while protecting the company's interests. 
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to track progress, identify areas for improvement and present findings to the management team. 
  • Utilize the CRM systems to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines and ensure efficient follow up to drive conversions.

Job Requirements: 


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field. 
  • Proven experience in Business development or sales roles. 
  • Strong track record of acquiring and managing corporate clients, achieving sales target and driving revenue growth. 
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills. 
  • Ability in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.
  • Flexibility to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events. 
  • Fluency in English. 
  • Owning a car is a must.
