Cardoo is now looking for a
Business Development Specialist with the following responsibilities & requirements:
Job Responsibilities:
- New Client acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new corporate clients through various channels; including cold calling, networking, referrals and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers within corporate organizations, understanding their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations with corporate clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while protecting the company's interests.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to track progress, identify areas for improvement and present findings to the management team.
- Utilize the CRM systems to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines and ensure efficient follow up to drive conversions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in Business development or sales roles.
- Strong track record of acquiring and managing corporate clients, achieving sales target and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.
- Flexibility to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Fluency in English.
- Owning a car is a must.
