  • Seeks business opportunities matching Aman's strategy also responsible for service enhancements
  • Acts as the point of contact between Aman and billers, operators, and customers
  • Builds and maintains strong partner relationships through networking and building multiple touch points ensuring partner satisfaction
  • Ensures the timely and successful launching of different e-payment and e-collection services, according to customer needs and objectives
  • Creates, submits, and follows up on the implementation of technical requests with the technical department
  • Study market pricing considering: competitors, end users, merchants, and billers, compared to budget then seeking finance department approval
  • Performs internal and external UATs.
  • Communicates work progress of monthly/quarterly clearly to management
  • Enhances cash management cycle through negotiating LG facilities with partners
  • Prepares and/or participates in PR events for building business relationships and networking
