About The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in seeking new business opportunities, driving growth, and expanding our client base. You will work closely with various teams to develop strategies that align with our business objectives and meet the needs of our clients.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Typical Projects/ Daily Activities Strategic Planning: Start your day by reviewing and refining the business development strategy. Set objectives, analyze market trends, and identify areas for growth.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads by researching potential clients or partners, leveraging industry databases, attending networking events, and utilizing online platforms.
  • Relationship Building: Connect with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster strong relationships. Attend meetings, make phone calls, and engage in networking activities to build trust and establish rapport.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and review proposals, including pricing, contract terms, and scope of work.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and subject matter experts to create compelling proposals.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs.
  • Stay updated on market dynamics and adjust business development strategies accordingly.
  • Meetings and Presentations: Schedule and participate in meetings with potential clients or partners.
  • Deliver presentations showcasing the organization's products/services, value proposition, and competitive advantages.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to align business development initiatives with overall company goals. Share insights, provide support, and coordinate efforts.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze business development data, such as sales metrics, lead conversion rates, and market trends.
  • Identify patterns, areas for improvement, and strategic opportunities based on the analysis.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients or partners. Address their concerns, provide support, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
