Job Description

  • Maintain good relationships with banks and partners so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships
  • Identify key contacts at potential banks and partners to establish and foster a relationship
  • Participate in one-on-one meetings with banks to explain offered services and obtaining necessary operational licenses
  • Understand the problems and challenges of banks/partners and identify ways the business could better address those needs
  • Grow the business by identifying new partnerships and business development opportunities
  • Monitor and assess activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients
  • Provide excellent service in order to maintain a positive reputation for the business
  • Resolve any customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner
  • Set revenue targets and then develop and execute a strategy to meet those
  • Coordinating with internal departments to meet the objectives needs & support managing the portfolio
  • Review offers, contract, SLA and negotiate the commercial offer
  • Responsible for creating Business plans and expected achievements for any new banking projects
  • Providing the top Management with the most recent updates and regulations
