  • Achieve Sales Objectives and goals around Team growth/revenue targets/quality/profitability/account retention.
  • Coach & Support sales teams to achieve their goals/interdepartmental challenges.
  • Maintain good relationship with existing accounts & build new connections to present the company’s scope.
  • set plans to develop and increase the clients.
  • follow up with other department the implementation process and make sure that client is satisfied about the company services.
  • Demonstrate capabilities in sales meetings.
  • identify client needs and working with Design & Development department to create matching solutions.
  • Technical understanding and presenting our solutions to clients.
  • Close sales deals in line with assigned target.
  • Ensuring providing adequate service level to clients by following up with all stake holders.
