Job Summary


As a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to close deals.


Job Responsibilities


· Market Research: Identify new markets, industries, and client segments with high potential for growth.


· Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and other channels.


· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.


· Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.


· Client Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.


· Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Recruitment, Marketing, Operations) to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.


· Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance, and report results to management.


Key Requirements


  • Proven 8 to 10 years of experience in the same field.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

· Proven track record of successfully leading business development initiatives and achieving revenue goals.


· Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing a team.


· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.


· Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
· A proactive and results-driven attitude, with a strong ability to work independently.
