Position Overview:
As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving the company’s business development strategy, from identifying new opportunities to initiating and managing projects from inception to execution. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth trajectory, leading a team, and ensuring the successful delivery of key initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of business development strategies to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth.
  • Project Leadership: Initiate and manage new projects from scratch, overseeing all phases from conceptualization to delivery.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team to deliver high-performance results and meet business objectives.
  • Market Insights: Track market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including negotiation, contracting, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong background in hospitality.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a leadership role, with direct experience in leading and managing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate, plan, and execute projects from the ground up.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influence decisions at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
