Job Description
The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of QR technology and its uses in enhancing business security. This is a remote position where you will work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise, support sales efforts, and help drive the growth and success of Qrowntech’s products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide product support knowledge.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our QR solutions.
- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their technical challenges and propose effective solutions that address their business needs.
- Search for potential customers and generate leads
- Act as a bridge between the sales, product development, and customer support teams, providing valuable feedback from the field to drive product enhancements and innovation.
- Submit reports and recommendations followed by each meeting with the prospect or client of the company.
- Provide weekly status report to the Sales Manager.
- Prepare and submit necessary inputs and reports to the management as and when required.
- Prepare and maintain records of respective activities as per the responsibility of Sales Manager.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations for product development and positioning. ✓ Respect and obey company rules, policies and procedures.
