Responsibilities:

• Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities within the architecture and construction sectors.
• Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Prepare and Present Proposals: Create compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our firm's value proposition and design capabilities.
• Collaborate with Design Teams: Work closely with our architects and design teams to ensure that client needs and project requirements are clearly understood and addressed.
• Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies.
• Lead Negotiations and Contracts: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and manage the contracting process to ensure a successful agreement.
• Reporting and Strategy: Track and report on business development activities, progress, and outcomes. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic business plans.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the architecture or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and industry trends.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
