Job Description

Role purpose:
• Perform business analysis across network teams relevant to energy, collating relevant information around technology metrics, financial and HC data, consolidating business reporting and dashboards, validating consistency of data and producing recommendations for OPC and Networks VOIS Finance.
• Provide thought leadership support to Energy Performance Group strategy team, in close cooperation with Energy Performance and Service Team Lead, performing Business Analysis & Governance, Data Management & Evolution, interfacing with stakeholders in Vodafone across business
• Producing regular reports and dashboard as requested by Energy Performance and Service Team Lead
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Business Analysis & Governance: Check Digital Network and OSS functions are delivering according to Business Objectives; Provide input to Energy Service Team Lead to ensure Digital Strategy targets are met and ensure delivery per budget plans
• Data Management & Evolution: provide Data model requirements definition and evolution; energy topic wide consolidation.
• Data Validation: Timely Pre-Validation for output from digital tools developed by Digital team for energy and also from PoCs conducted by the team, check for consistency and accuracy of data.
• Evolution: provide input to strategy to drive evolution of digital energy products develop structural plans to improve organizational agility and adapt to customer requirements.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Effective stakeholder management
• Knowledge of energy/telecom sector is preferred
• Business acumen
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• University graduate with minimum 5 years in technology management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication & presentation skills.
• Understanding of IT services
• Expertise in project management, budget forecast and cost & financial analysis constitutes a plus
Language requirements:
• English (B2 or above)
Any other non-native language an advantage.
