Job Description
Business Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing market trends, evaluating investment opportunities, and supporting decision-making processes. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive business growth, optimize investments, and enhance operational efficiency.
Market Research & Business Insights: - Conduct detailed market research to assess industry trends, market dynamics, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze competitors' strategies, market positioning, and financial performance.
- Identify emerging risks and opportunities in existing and potential markets.
Investment & Financial Analysis: - Develop financial models to evaluate potential investments, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and return-on-investment (ROI) assessments for proposed projects.
- Analyze portfolio performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
Strategic Planning Support: - Collaborate with senior management to define business goals, develop strategies, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work on business case development for strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, operations, marketing) to gather requirements and ensure project goals are met.
- Present recommendations and insights to senior management, board members, and other stakeholders.
- Build relationships with external partners, consultants, and vendors to facilitate project delivery.
Risk Assessment & Compliance: - Identify and assess potential risks associated with investments, partnerships, or strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory frameworks in all analyses and proposals.
Documentation and Reporting: - Prepare detailed business analysis reports, including SWOT analysis, financial forecasts, and feasibility studies.
- Maintain and update documentation of business processes, workflows, and project outcomes.
- Develop case studies and post-project evaluations to enhance organizational knowledge.
RequirementsEducation & Certification: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a holding, investment, or consulting firm.
Other: - Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with a strong ability to interpret and communicate complex data.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
