●Contribute to the analysis and forecasting of revenue and ensuring alignment with business goals.
●Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and gather relevant business data.
●Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
●Propose process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
●Work with IT/data teams and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals. (TBC)
●Communicate findings & recommendations to stakeholders and management.
●Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions. (TBC)
●Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
●Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility.
●Correlating Performance KPIs with Financial KPIs to see how these KPIs affect us financially.
●Conducting analysis to compare actual financial performance with budgeted figures, highlighting any deviations and potential causes resulting from difference in Functional KPIs.
●Assist in generating, monitoring and flagging key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights to improve overall performance.
Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:
●0-2 Year of experience in relevant field
●Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, engineering or a related field.
● SQL and Excel proficiency
●Financial background is a plus
●Understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies
●Experience with statistical analysis and financial forecasting is preferred
●Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
●Excellent verbal and written communication skills
