Responsible for understanding and assessing the changing needs of the different lines of business and to analyze the impacts of this change. To document and support communication between relevant groups and stakeholders, and capture requirements needed to initiate a change.
Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders.
Work with the Technical Analysts and development team to ensure that they understand the business requirements.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency by examining and understanding the overall process and business strategy.
Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple business sources, reconciles conflicts, decomposes high-level information into details, abstracts up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishes user requests from the underlying true needs.
Proactively communicates and collaborates with business teams and IT development teams in order to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the desired IT solution.
Collaborates with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyses trade-offs' between usability and performance needs.
Facilitates business and IT meetings and conducts detailed interviews to solicit users requirements.
Requirements
2+ relevant experience.
Experience in dealing with all management responsibilities.
Ability to analyze, Understand and translate user requirements effectively.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
