Business Analyst

Innovitics is now hiring for a Business Analyst to join its fast-growing team. The ideal candidate is always looking for ways to improve a product or service to make it better, faster, and more user-friendly. You will be responsible for producing technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with our overall strategy.
Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Recommend solutions and optimizations that enhance productivity and effectiveness.
• Analyze and translate business needs into clear, detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirement specifications, use cases, user stories, and process flows.
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible for team members and stakeholders.
• Participate in system design discussions to ensure that proposed solutions meet business needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a business analysis or similar role, preferably in a software development or IT environment.
• Familiarity with various software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio).
• Knowledge of software development processes and life cycles.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels effectively.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in requirements gathering and documentation.

Working Conditions: 

• Location: New Cairo
• Working Hours: 9-11 AM - 5-7 PM
• Days Off: Friday & Saturday
